Welcome to DroidHost. By accessing or using our website, mobile experiences, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. 2. Description of the Service

DroidHost is a platform for discovering, reviewing, and downloading Android application packages (APKs). We host and distribute applications submitted by developers and curated by our team, together with related content such as screenshots, descriptions, ratings, reviews, and blog articles.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You may browse and download many apps without an account, but certain features (such as writing reviews) require you to register.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or remain inactive for an extended period. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

4. Content and APK Disclaimer

Applications available on DroidHost are developed by third parties. While we run automated malware scans and review submissions before publishing, we do not develop the hosted applications and cannot guarantee that any APK is free of defects, vulnerabilities, or unwanted behavior. Scan results shown on app pages are informational and are not a warranty of safety.

• You install and use downloaded applications at your own risk. Always review the permissions an app requests before installing it.
• All trademarks, app names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. DroidHost is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developers of hosted applications unless explicitly stated.
• If you are a rights holder and believe content on DroidHost infringes your rights, contact us via the details in Section 9 and we will investigate promptly.

5. User Content

When you post reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant DroidHost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. You remain responsible for what you post, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload, link to, or distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service at scale, or circumvent rate limits and security measures;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or download counts through automated or fraudulent means;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or hosted content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroidHost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any application downloaded through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of DroidHost after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
